How the integration flows
Customer arrives, ID scanned
BlinkID parses the license in-browser, DIVE Online verifies it, and the verification result is stored with the drive.
Test drive agreement signed
The customer signs the e-test drive agreement on a tablet. PDF, timestamps, and TCPA consent are captured.
Drive tracked
Start timer, assigned salesperson, vehicle VIN, and return time — all visible on the live lot view.
ADF/XML pushed to CDK
At drive completion, a structured ADF/XML record lands in CDK with the verified customer, vehicle, salesperson, and outcome.
Deal jacket artifacts attached
Signed agreement PDF and ID verification results are attached to the CDK deal record (where supported by your CDK configuration).
F&I starts on a clean file
F&I pulls the deal in CDK with the front half already built. No rekeying, no missing signatures.
